Strength Training

You KNOW strength training is important but you have no idea where to start and want to ensure you are doing it properly! Learn Strength & Weight Training with a Personal Trainer designed program to increase your strength, muscular endurance, and overall body definition while blasting Fat and burning calories long after your workout is over. Adding Strength Training to your exercise program & lifestyle will be a game changer to your fitness and performance.

We know and understand that each person is at a different stage of the fitness game - from the first timer to the experienced Athlete. You never have to worry about not knowing what to do, how to do it, or IF you can do it, We start everyone off where THEY are at individually, with zero expectations of your current ability.

Each week, we keep you accountable by booking in your training times with a trainer to walk you through your workout during each session. You’ll be introduced to modified versions of burpees, squats, bench presses, deadlifts and more - all the while focusing on form, range of motion and muscle activation.

Once we see you are comfortable with the exercises, we will modify them again to keep you moving forward with your strength, endurance and cardiovascular health, knowing that this is a lifestyle to be maintained and continuously progressing.
