FUNCTIONAL TRAINING PROGRAM
Which is, just like our all around program that delivers but for fitness beginners or newbies to our training! Each week, we keep you accountable by booking in your training times with a trainer to walk you through your workout during each session. You’ll be introduced to modified versions of burpees, squats, bench presses, deadlifts and more - all the while focusing on form, range of motion and muscle activation.
Once we see you are comfortable with the exercises, we will modify them again to keep you moving forward with your strength, endurance and cardiovascular with the end goal of progression into our standard Strength + Fat Loss program.
