Silver Sneakers (55+)
As we age our lean muscle tissue begins to decline. To help combat time working against us, our certified trainer works within our Silver Sneaker member’s abilities to build and maintain muscles and strong joints while keeping your cardiovascular health as tenacious as you are!
Our Silver Sneakers program runs every Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 10:15am - 11:15am.
Using a combination of resistance training with functional movement and cardiovascular fitness, each class is a different but each class is helping to build a stronger, healthier you!
