Shape up this Summer!

Summer is not the time to take a "break" from getting or staying fit! It's an awesome opportunity to increase your activity level during the week to ensure you can keep up with all the adventures it's going to throw at you over the weekend! 

PLUS!!! We are throwing in FREE Childcare if your sessions fall during our regular childcare hours.

Choose from

Boot Camp & Piyo: 3x/week @ $320 or 2x/week @ $225 (reg. $15/session)


Strength Training sessions & PiYo: 3x/week @ $330 or 2x/week @ $260 (reg. $20/session)

Your 10 weeks start as of your first session and all sessions expire August 31st so join by June 25th to take full advantage! Note: Unused sessions do not roll over into the next week. 

*Childcare hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am - 10:30am for strength training and Tues/Thurs 10:30am-11:30am for boot camp*
