Over the 12 week course our certified trainer will show you how to find healthy foods based on ingredients not packaging, how much to consume based on your lifestyle and fitness goals, how to eat – yes, we don’t always do that right and the different factors that may be obstacles on your journey to a healthier lifestyle.
