We’re excited to announce the Wellness Warrior Challenge starting again May 7th at Your Life Performance Training!
Kick-Off is May 6th @ 11:00am where we will go over the rules, provide you with the tracking sheets, and do your BEFORE Measurements, photos, and fitness testing.
The purpose of this program is to kickstart your health in 28 days. Specifically, you’ll score points for completing training, nutrition, and lifestyle objectives.
This is a great opportunity to break out of your routine, build healthy daily habits, and optimize your physical results. You’ll also have a chance to compete with other participants – we’ll have a leaderboard, prizes, Facebook group, and more!
PRIZES will be awarded for the most POINTS, Most INCHES lost, andmost improved in their Fitness Testing.
The Wellness Warrior Challenge is open to both members and non-members of Your Life Performance Training.
