Boot Camp

Our Boot Camp classes are great for those looking for a high intensity work out to build strength and overall fitness with our certified instructors.  We work with a combination of body weight, dumbbells, functional movement, team work and positive encouragement to earn you killer results in strength, speed, muscular endurance and cardiovascular fitness.

P90X

Power through full-body strength and cardio alongside others determined to reach their fitness goals with P90X® LIVE. P90X LIVE is a total-body workout that will keep your body guessing—and transforming—with a variety of strength-training moves, cardio conditioning, and core work

HiiT

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

We often do this style of training in our BootCamps as well!
